Littleton Brewing Company grew from a shared passion for great beer and bringing people together. With Troy at the helm as head brewer, that passion became a brewery built on craftsmanship, hospitality, and community. Along the way, Troy had the opportunity to work alongside veteran Colorado brewer Wayne Waananen, honing his craft and developing a deeper appreciation for the technique, discipline, and patience behind exceptional beer.

Inspired by the traditional bierhallen of Munich, we set out to create more than just a place to grab a beer. We wanted to build a gathering place at our community tables where conversations last a little longer, strangers become friends, and every visit feels like a celebration.

Our brewing philosophy is rooted in the timeless traditions of German brewing while embracing the creativity of Colorado craft beer. We believe exceptional beer doesn't need to chase trends—it starts with the finest, local ingredients, careful technique, and patience.
